Real Estate Developers & Investors Our aim is to create opportunities where Black real estate developers and investors can participate in larger scale real estate opportunities. Partnerships are also sought with institutional lenders and private equity sources with an interest in creating equity.
Business Growth Contracts and Procurement The Institute is creating a collective of Black-owned firms with current certifications (i.e. 8(a), WOSB, Veteran-owned, HUB Zone) who are interested in growing through corporate contracts and government procurement.
